TRANSPORT
A full-fledged Transport department functions in the college with buses to provide transport facility to students and staff from various places. KVIPS has a fleet of buses which runs through important routes in and around Chennai, Chengalpattu and Kancheepuram district. Depending on where our students reside, we recommend specific bus routes to provide the best transportation options. This service is offered ensuring a hassle-free and safe transportation. This transport is also used for various educational purposes like visit to local industries, hospitals, NSS camps, etc.
LIFE CARE SPECIALITY
KVIPS campus also houses the KIMS (Karpaga Vinayaga Institute of Medical Sciences) Hospital operational 24×7 with facilities to manage all sorts of emergencies. The institute has well – established 650 bedded multi super speciality hospital with hi-tech infrastructure, facilities and modern equipments to treat the patients.
KIMS Hospital is open to the community around the campus as well to those in the district, because we believe that the extension of health and medical services to the under-privileged and needy is a significant service to society. With state-of-the-art security and 24 hour emergency services, we ensure safety and security for students to continue doing so.
AUDITORIUM
The college has exquisitely built centralized airconditioned Auditorium with ample seating capacity to accommodate 1450 Persons. The Auditorium is very much outfitted with the contemporary state_of _the_art with excellent acoustics facilities. These make it the ideal venue with the perfect ambience for conducting cultural fest, national and international conferences. In addition, a conference Room and sufficient number of seminar halls with air conditioning facility are available in the institution.

GYMNASIUM
Improve lifestyle, health and general wellbeing Fitness is First priority for students. KVIPS provide the Gym facilities to keep healthy body and weight for reducing stress, anxiety and depression which helps improving self confidence of the students. Gymfacilities are provided to the staffs & students of the institute.
BICYCLES
bicycles used in a campus to promote green movement among its students and faculty. KVIPS bought 20+ bicycles to promote the activity they will gradually dissuade people from using fuel-run vehicles inside the campus. The experiment for promoting eco-friendly behaviour and use of bicycle for internal transportation.
BATTERY CAR
KVIPS Provide the Battery car for internal transportation to support the students and faculty members to move in and around the campus.
BANKS/ATM
The Canara Bank, Vayavoor Brach- Extension counter is available inside the engineering campus for the students to Pay college and exam fees.
ATM – Axis Bank and Indian bank ATMs available in front of college for a basic transactions.
UNINTERRUPTED POWER SUPPLY
KVIPS provide 24×7 Uninterrupted power supply (UPS) in college and hostel campus which gives backup power when regular power source fails or voltage drops to an unacceptable level.
